Job Title: Production & Management Accounts Controller
Required: Master of Business Administration (MBA); and 5 years experience in financial
or business administration.
Duties: Develop, formulate and apply computative/quantitative modeling to optimize,
develop and interpret business and financial data to assists upper management decision
making regarding policy and managerial function which relate to: Manage the Production
manager and team; Production planning; Long term capacity planning; Report on agreed
weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Review and develop current systems
platform and ensure the company invests in the correct software developments to
manage the growth of the business effectively as it relates to company goals, services,
and tea products and North American Tea Markets. Gather and analyzing financial
and business data via computer software to explicate, develop, and decision making
pertaining to: Prepare monthly Management Accounts; Cash Flow Management;
Profitability Reporting; Monthly KPI Reporting; Logistical network; System evaluations;
Systems implementation. Support management with development of quantitative models
for optimizing costs, time efficiency and business and financial functions such as:
Developing financial business planning and budget; Reviewing data and writing SWOT
analysis of the business; Creating a five year rolling investment plan for the business
based on quantitative data analysis.
